Return & Refund Policy

At AUDIO MARTS LLC, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the highest quality audio equipment. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


📦 Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition that you received it.

    • It must be in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components.

  • Items that show signs of wear, assembly damage, or modification may not be eligible for return.


💳 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, manufacturing defect).


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to:
    ✅ A manufacturer defect,
    ✅ Damage during shipping (e.g., cracked, broken)
    We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid shipping label.

  • For all other return reasons (e.g., change of mind, ordered the wrong item),
    the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.


 


Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or special-order items.

  • Clearance or sale items marked “Final Sale.”

We reserve the right to assess restocking fees (up to 15%) for returns that do not meet the above conditions.
